For all appointments, either full payment or a deposit is required to secure your appointment and to ensure your commitment to attending the session (excluding NDIS/Workers Compensation and Open Arms appointments – please call the clinic to book these appointments).
Unfortunately we need to charge a cancellation fee if you do not attend an appointment or if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice (at least one working day). The reason for this charge is due to a high demand for our services and in respect of people waiting to be seen.
If you have NDIS funding, please contact us to book a nutritional consultation or counselling session with one of our registered psychologists.
