Adamstown Wellness Day – by donation on the day
As part of “Natural Medicine Week 2019”, CK Health, in conjunction with Infuse Health, are hosting “Adamstown Wellness Day” on Sunday 26th May from 8:30am – 2:30pm, in Adamstown NSW.
The event will have yoga and movement classes, educational talks, food demonstrations, breath workshop, massages, naturopathy and reiki consultations, food and drink stalls, capoeira demonstration’s and much much more.
All of the above is included and all proceeds will be donated to Charlie’s Run For Kids, a local charity which supports children with cancer.
It will be a day filled with ‘good heath, tools and tips’ to equip you to lead a healthier life naturally.
Each person will be entered into a major prize draw (prize to be announced).
Secondary prize draws include a 1 hr massage voucher, 3 introductory yoga and movement course passes, and a 1 hr naturopathic consultation. These prizes have a total value of over $800 and will be drawn at the end of the day.
Cost for the full day program: Adults min $10 donation and children min $5 donation, 6 and under no donation needed (come and go as much as you please).

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Everyone is welcome and ID is not required. It is a community event.
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
There will be minimal parking at the event venue and there is plenty of on street parking nearby.
What can I bring into the event?
There is no need to bring anything except yourself. Healthy food and drinks will be available for purchase at the venue.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You can if you like. We will have a printout of all those coming 🙂
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Yes however if you do give your ticket to someone they will have to have a copy of your printed ticket.
